Soy: Should I be eating it or avoiding it?

Soy foods have a contested reputation in the hormone world. Is this rightfully so? If you have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), topics around hormones harbor uncertainty. You may have heard soy-containing foods cause breast cancer, impact fertility and mess with thyroid function. On the other hand, you may have heard soy is beneficial for heart health and blood sugar control.

Studies are misinterpreted, data gets exploited and the next thing you know soy is being slammed all over the internet. You don't know what to believe! The internet is a twilight zone and full of misleading nutrition information, especially when it comes to soy and how our bodies respond to it.
