When I was in middle school we moved to the Pacific Northwest where there was a such a rich scene of Asian cultures and their FOOD! I fell in love with Thai food. At first Pad Thai was my gateway drug of sorts to the magical world of Thai flavors, but soon curries, and vegetable dishes, spring rolls and so much more I found such delight in.
