This recipe is great if you bake or grill it. Since summer is upon us, I'm looking for all the ways I can limit turning on my oven. This chicken is the best chicken I've ever had and I couldn't be more delighted to share this recipe with you.

I've never been to Morocco, but I imagine the smell of this chicken cooking is similar to walking through the streets where there are open markets and fresh meals being prepared.  Transport yourself to a vacation by making this dish.
