Why This Recipe Works for Blood Sugar Balance

Let me introduce you to chickpeas. We have added an entire can of rinsed and drained chickpeas to this recipe to give the texture of brownies without having to dump a bunch of flour in the batter. The recipe is written using only half a cup of flour, but if you want to improve the macros even further, consider using coconut or almond flour.
