For PCOS hormone testing, key labs include androgen and prolactin levels, along with markers for ovulation and female hormones. Elevated androgen levels indicate hormonal imbalance, while high prolactin may suggest other conditions. Signs of ovulation can be inferred from progesterone levels, we also like to assess things like estrogen and AMH, and abnormal FSH/LH ratios often confirm PCOS.
